COATINGS & CORROSION ASIA 2016

Event Date: 17-19 May 2016

CCFWCOATINGS & CORROSION ASIA Scheduled from 17 – 19 May 2016 in Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC), Kuala Lumpur, Coatings & Corrosion Asia is a biennial exhibition promoting the latest coating technologies for the region’s environmental, manufacturing and industrial needs. This will be the platform for sharing knowledge among professionals in all areas of coating and corrosion industry including showcases of technologies as well as technical seminars that will be covering different aspects of latest development in products, solutions and methodologies in the industry.

Complementing support industries such as Inspection, Monitoring, Insulation and Welding play very important roles to ensure the Paints, Coatings & Corrosion industries provide the necessary performance required to protect and sustain the assets throughout their design life. Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) and Welding Quality Assurance will affect the performance of Coatings & Corrosion. Thus, inspection and monitoring the performance of paints, coatings, corrosion, insulation and welding all contribute significantly towards the integrity of the assets.

Critical to these supporting industries are the Human Resource Skills Development. The Institute of Materials, Malaysia (IMM) offers training and certification for paint inspectors, blasters & painters, corrosion technicians, coating specialists, corrosion specialists, vibration specialists, welding inspectors, welders, and welding engineers.
