Malaysia Career & Training Fair (MCTF) is a nation-building initiative by AIC Exhibitions for over two decades. MCTF, the homegrown brand to bridge the employers and jobseekers has become one of the most popular job fairs among the fresh graduates and jobseekers, and has enable more than 200 exhibitors from employers, training providers, universities, and colleges to exhibit their brands and meet their potential candidates.
This year, we continue with our initiative in supporting nation-building, especially in helping businesses and jobseekers reignite and connect again. MCTF’22 the first phygital career fair in town that gives you the digital experience in a physical fair. The fair promotes paperless job application and provide opportunities for the jobseekers to meet with the employers directly at the fair. As part of the SOPs under new normal, all attendees at the fair need to wear a face mask, maintain social distancing and run an antigen self-test prior to attending the physical event.
MCTF ‘22 is anticipating 40,000 visitors and over 10,000 job vacancies from the top employers across the industries, including multinational companies (MNC) and small and medium enterprises (SMEs), such as Shell, CIMB, Coway, Top Glove, Marina Bay Sands, Honda, Decathlon and more.
This is part of the long-standing continuous effort MCTF has played in supporting the nation-building of the country since 2002.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to take a gander at the future. If you are looking to get back in the game or just looking for a fresh start there is something for you at MCTF ‘22.
The fair would be providing you a platform to meet your potential employers and might even give you the opportunity to be hired on the spot – so come prepared with soft copies of resumes and essential documents.
Moreover, if you are looking to get a leg up in your career, there are many learning programmes to help you upskill.
It is a great opportunity to also observe first hand the latest trends in the job market.
MCTF has been celebrating two decades of hosting a career and training fair. It also advocates paperless resumé submission in support of the environment and minimising physical contact.
Therefore, the organisers are taking precautions to ensure health and safety requirements are adhered to and meeting the required SOPs.
All attendees will need to always wear a face mask, maintain social distancing, and run an antigen saliva self-test before attending the physical event.

Interested exhibitors are encouraged to register online to book their booths early. Booths will be limited as they will be spaced out accordingly and on a first-come-first-serve basis.
